T.R.Y. School
(Training Responsible Youth)
The T.R.Y. School is designed to meet the silent symptoms of anger and the raging powers of systematic dysfunction that develops from a society going in the wrong direction. It is designed to assist in the re-direction of many troubled youth by pointing them in the direction of understanding and creating an environment that will precipitate change.

Anger is a platform for negative outcomes. When the true test of change comes, many of our young people learn to experience positive lessons from negative experiences.

Our Purpose
During the past school year, various schools have experienced setbacks, because of an increase in gang-related crimes, aggression, and the availability of drugs to teenagers on campuses.
The T.R.Y. School program is designed to assist the schools throughout the various counties, in re-focusing our attention on our youth, establishing positive directions that will change not only the negative expectations but the negative images that are fostered through our personal experiences.

Goals & Objectives
The following objective goals are the basic requirements embodied in fulfilling the purposes of the T.R.Y. School.

Celebrate community pride and positive, healthy living
Show forth great pride and demonstrate a positive portrait of a healthy community free from the negative destructive behavior that invades our life.

Invest in the next generation through education and behavior change
Many of our community's past and present images dictate to us a fresh look at hope and a promising glimpse into the future. For us to reach a meaningful promise, we must invest in the lives of a generation in need of change; we will provide the route to freedom, through education and behavior modification, and from there the new leader will emerge.

Turn anger into growth by learning positive lessons from negative experiences
Anger is a platform for negative outcomes. When the true test of change comes, many of our young people learn to experience positive lessons from negative experiences.

THE OBJECTIVES
Our Objectives is to make individuals responsible for developing a working knowledge of the four component principles including their patterns and responses.

The T.R.Y. School makes it very clear that our focus is to assist everyone with maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the principal factors that tend to occur in an act of aggression toward individuals.

It is important to understand that participants can be taught to recognize and manage these principal factors that become roadblocks to positive healthy interpersonal relationships.

By providing a thorough overview, you’ll demonstrate the need to take action and the potential impact of the proposed solution.
We will work with individuals to explore alternative behaviors.
We will teach individuals the eleven rules that help you step down the ladder of anger and aggression.

Take time out to stop your aggression

Wipe the frown off your face and relax, and use, “I” statements.

Quit trying to control others

Accept differences

Ask, do not demand

Rewards do not punish or threaten

Speak quietly and do not swear

Be responsible for everything you say and do

Treat others with respect.

Tell others what bothers you. Be direct, specific, and polite.

"LEARNING TO CONTROL, OUT OF CONTROL BEHAVIOR, BY UTILIZING THE METHOD OF CHANGE."
REDIRECTING BEHAVIOR IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
To build a family infrastructure that is strength-based. A partnership must provide a mutual understanding of resolving the behavior gap between the adolescent and the parent. The primary goal is to bring about a mutual understanding that connects the family. In this partnership, we collaboratively develop an individualized plan to bring about success, that meets family expectations.

Our purpose is to present an argument that change is an experience not left up to chance, but left in the hands of action and education, our twenty-first-century parents will become the modern innovators and chief influencers of excellence in children. They do this by understanding five things that children face
01
Children learn through observation
02
They copy others to learn new ways to do things
03
They conceptualize ideas and themes.
04
Verbal learning involves words and gestures
05
They learn by logical and deductive reasoning
