To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.

His extensive experience and association with school boards and districts have enabled Rev. Scott to keep abreast of the issues facing our teens today.
As a seasoned counselor, instructor, and coordinator, Rev. Scott's extensive experience instills confidence in his ability to work with various schools and organizations to develop leaders, create opportunities for troubled youth, and train parents and administrators so they understand the dynamics of leadership and responsibility.

Rev. Scott attended the Crenshaw Christian Center School of Ministry, the Zoe Leadership Training Institute, and the Anderson & Anderson Anger Management Module.

He has many hours of training in psychoeducational counseling and 38 years of experience in crisis intervention and stress management.​
Many guest appearances on television, cable, and radio shows discuss various issues related to our teens today.​
He has also participated in commercials for Highland Hills Hospital, communicating to a vast audience concerning substance abuse and the health of our teens and adults, hoping they would avoid the harmful substances that have the power to affect their lives.

Lectures and Workshops
As a Caddo Parish School instructor, Rev. Scott has lectured at several juvenile centers, churches, civic groups, and business and prison institutions. He directed various youth programs.
His accomplishments include directing "Project Yes," an anti-gang, drug, and youth behavior program for K-12 grades.
As the author of several resource materials, including the Parenting with a Purpose Manual, a resource manual on leadership character traits, and the Taking Back Your Life anger management manual.
Leadership, parenting with a purpose, and taking back your life is the foundation for changing the lives of individuals looking for a way through the valley of despair, and an opportunity to become a master builder.

Rev. Scott is dedicated to meeting the needs of a generation lost to a misguided society. The objective is to develop leaders who will ensure the viability of our workforce, the safety of our homes, the survival of our families, and the future of our nation.
ACADEMIC
ACHIEVEMENTS
Rev. Scott Holds three degrees, a B.Th. in theology, a B.S. in disciplinary studies (psychology and religion), and M.A in human services (Family Counseling). He’s presently completing his Ed, D degree in Christian Leadership at Liberty University.
